Optimizing Space for Productivity
To support a dynamic and collaborative work culture, we reimagined the floor plan to adopt an open-office concept. This layout encourages interaction while balancing privacy where necessary. Carefully designed partitions and zoning strategies ensure that employees have the clarity and focus they need without sacrificing accessibility and communication.
A Cohesive & Comfortable Atmosphere
A bold color palette utilizing red and blue drawn from their logo, was used as the foundation of the interior, creating a dynamic and professional ambiance. This neutral yet sophisticated color scheme helps maintain a comfortable working environment, minimizing visual fatigue while subtly reinforcing the brand’s identity.
Infusing Local Identity in Design
To create a sense of place and connection to each location, we embedded local patterns unique to each city within the lobby design. These motifs celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Cirebon, Palembang, Bandung, and Semarang, making each office distinct while maintaining a cohesive corporate identity. This thoughtful integration of regional aesthetics enhances the welcoming atmosphere and reinforces Indomarco Adi Prima’s deep-rooted presence in these cities.
