Asia Pacific Property Awards 2020

We’re proud to announce that one of our projects, Aerium Permata Buana, is one of the winners for the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2020 for category Residential Property Interior (Show Home).

The challenge of the project was a problem commonly faced by interior designers in dense metropolitan cities such as Jakarta – to transform such tight multi-family residential units unto a seemingly expansive, luxurious space to accommodate family living and elevate it into homey high-end contemporary design.

Our concept was to combine elements of nature and modernity to create harmony between sleek modernism & sophisticated organic touches. We implemented a mostly monochromatic grey color palette with punches of color in forms of nature inspired patterns – symbolic of an oasis as young families’ sanctuary, away from the intensity of a metropolitan city. All furniture was custom made and curated to tailor the dimensions to fit apartment living spaces and to complement our vision to open up the space.

The result is a design that possess clean lines, elegantly light furniture legs and clear glass table tops that show continuation of flooring. We utilized simple modern lines, careful selection of color and material, to enlarge the feeling of space inside the unit.
